CISV C2C National Peace Bus project consists of two 39 day cross-Canada adventure journeys in a “carbon neutral” 15 passenger van for 12 delegates (14-18 yrs), 1 junior leader (19+) and two facilitators/leaders/drivers (24+) which visit CISV chapters and programs while camping across Canada. The Peace Bus, a national Mosaic project is primarily a camping, team building, volunteering and discovering Canada experience!
The Peace Bus mission is to educate and inspire action among Canadians for a more just and peaceful world. This will be accomplished by carrying out community oriented projects and organizing a series of activities and workshops across the country.
CISV Canada and the C2C Peace Bus warmly welcomes Windsor Salt as our lead corporate sponsor for the 2012 Peace Bus. This year's Peace Bus participants are fortunate to have a community minded "salt of the earth" sponsor. Delegates from across the country look forward to cooking up peace with Windsor Salt this summer.

Trip 2: Westbound Fredericton or Halifax-Victoria July 25 2012 - Sept 1 2013, ages 15.5-18 yrs
Application Deadline: Dec 15 2012 (early bird first intake) Feb 1 2013 (final intake)
